Paint bedroom walls (dimensions 4.25 x 3.27 metres) I will likely need two white base coats on one wall which is a dark green. There are also 3x hooks and 4x rawl plugs which need removing and holes filled with polyfilla. Skirting boards and wooden edging around the door and window also need light sanding and painting. I have all the necessary paints, brushes, rollers, sanding blocks and polyfilla if needed. However do not have a drill for removal of rawl plugs. All paints are quick dry. I also have dust sheets and masking tape. I’m open to starting early ~8am as would like it completed by 5.30pm please.

Looking for an experienced painter/decorator or general builder to carry out the following work to the front exterior of a terraced house in Brent, London. Scope of Work: Window Restoration & Painting: - Repair: One ground floor window has significant rot in the bottom rail (see photos). This requires digging out the soft wood and either splicing in new timber or using a high-quality two-part resin repair system. - Prep & Paint: Sand down and prep ground floor window frames and sills at the front of the house to remove weathering/organic growth, and finish with a full repaint in white exterior paint. Front Door & Entrance: - Door: Fill minor chips/scratches, sand, and carry out a full repaint. - Door Surround: Repair a large vertical crack in the masonry/render to the left of the door. Note the rust staining; this needs a stable repair to prevent the crack from returning. - Threshold: Address the gap/deterioration beneath the front door sill and repaint the ledge directly below it. Utility Cupboard: - Prep & Paint: Thoroughly sand down and repaint the exterior utility box cupboard to protect against further weather damage.
