There has been some water damage to the wall that boxes in the main building down-pipe. The paint is flaking off and there's a touch of black mould forming. We need it sanded back / skimmed then painted white. It's a corner section but there is a fiddly part to the job because you'll need a small roller on a long poll to get up behind a cupboard unit. There's also a cupboard door in the kitchen that needs screwing back on. It's more fiddly than it looks - I can't do it. (I can't seem to change the budget price to £ instead of $)

Approximately 3 meter high curved and angled ceilings and walls need painting to be finished for a viewing on Monday. I can provide a roller, two 2.5 Liter buckets of paint, a paint brush and an extension pole but if is ladder is needed this would have to be brought.
