I need wallpaper removing and the walls painted and a few other things possibly around the house

The Bedroom is 3 x 3 meters only 3 walls need to be stripped and all 2 walls paining. Lounge is 3 x 4 meters I have part done 1 and a bit walls. need the remaining walls stripping and painting, I do have a wallbaber steamer stripper but every time I use it, the fire alarms go off and the block of flats i live in has a sprinkler system so would not be able to use it. so it would have to be a damp cloth or wallpaper stripping solution
