I have a spare room which needs priming & painting. The existing wall paper under layer is still on the wall (slightly fuzzy wall paper lining). Ceiling and above picture rail to be painted too if possible. We have Zinsser Gardz (if applicable). We can pick up paint, but if you could provide Jitney (B&Q mixed alternative) that’d be fantastic - obviously at increased cost. Sanding may also be required in some areas (sander also available to use if needed). Preferred availability would be this week, ideally Friday 12th June (full day).

Paint Hall, stairs and landing (walls only no ceiling / skirting boards or woodwork) equipment and paint supplied.

Areas: Living Room (panelled walls), Staircase & stairwell, Kitchen wall, 3 Bedrooms (panelled walls) Preparation: • Inspect all surfaces for defects • Light sanding of walls and mouldings • Apply caulk to all panel joints, gaps, corners, and edges • Fill nail holes and imperfections, then sand smooth • Clean surfaces to remove dust and debris Priming: • Apply 1 full coat of suitable primer to all panelled areas and prepared wall surfaces • Ensure even coverage and allow proper drying Painting: • Apply 2 full coats of paint to all specified areas • Maintain consistent finish across walls and panelling • Light sanding between coats if required • Ensure smooth, even coverage with no drips or visible marks Staircase: • Careful cutting-in along handrails and edges • Protect carpet and woodwork during works Living Room & Bedrooms: • Clean, sharp panel definition • Uniform finish across mouldings and walls Kitchen Wall: • Paint designated wall area using durable, washable finish Protection & Clean-Up: • Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures • Remove all coverings after completion • Dispose of waste and leave site clean Completion: • All areas finished with 1 primer + 2 coats • No visible defects, gaps, or unfinished edges • Snag-free final finish

Painting a living room, bedroom and hallway, in addition to skirting boards and 4 doors and frames. Paint will be provided. Equipment however will be required

It is a 2 bed house, two living rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Would like to remove all the wallpaper currently in the house and paint the walls in the bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen, and paint the bathroom ceiling as well as hallway and landingd

Cleaning and painting of decking and wooden slats on balcony. Paint and brushes will be provided but cleaning equipment would be required.

Task is to clean and paint the decking in our garden and the wooden slats and handrail of our balcony. The balcony handrail would also need sanding down due to moss. Paint would be provided - Due date: Flexible but asap, weather permitting
