I’m moving house and I have a load off stuff that I need to throw away. Roughly 8-10 bin bags, 6-7 storage bags, 2 dismantled bed frames and 1 double mattress, 1 rug, around 2 heavy boxes and maybe 6 empty boxes, dismantled gaming chair, 1 office chair with footrest, 2 single column book shelves, 2 bedside tables (one is dismantled) treadmill, 2 monitors, 2 tv units, cordless hoover, 6 packs off flat packed tiles, there may be a few more things but it’s just light stuff like curtain poles, speakers etc, clothes drying rack etc, this would be a 2-man job. Will roughly take around 30-60 minutes to complete the job.

I need two, possibly three strong people to move a treadmill up one flight of stairs in my new home. The base unit weighs around 80kg and is heavier on one end where the motor is located. It cannot be taken apart and must be carried as one piece from the ground floor entrance to the first floor, which is 13 steps. I have ratchet straps available, but if you have a dolly, protective material, or any gear that would help with a safe carry, please bring it. Unfortunately, I am not able to help with the lifting.
