Ali communicated well and was flexible when my drop-off address changed. However, the driver arrived two hours late, wasn't briefed on the job, was reluctant to help with loading, and left my belongings on a public street rather than inside the building. When I raised this, Ali apologised, took responsibility for his driver's conduct and agreed a partial refund. Fair resolution, but the experience on the day fell short of what was promised.
