I have a mattress, old bin & some smaller garage items which need disposing of.

We are moving houses and need a driver with a medium size van, need help with loading and unloading items. The house is 0.5 miles from the current place. Need someone local so we can limit the time to a couple of hours and fewer trips (maybe just 2 trips). We need help with disposal of some packaging cardboard and plastic as well at the end.

I have a small shed (approximately 8x4 I think) that I need moving about 20m across my garden. The shed itself will be empty, but ideally I don't want it dismantled as I've done it once before and it's a real pain. The new location is hard standing, and the current location will be cleared to make for easy access to the shed itself (please note, it's against a fence, and surrounded by shrubs on one side, but there is platy of room to lift and move).

Need to swap the furniture in two rooms on the same floor (gym --> bedroom and bedroom --> gym). The gym contains a weight bench, power cage, and barbell stand with no weights. The bedroom contains a king bed, two nightstands, a trunk, and dresser. First two pictures show the bedroom furniture, second two show the gym furniture.
