I have recently had my kitchen tiled and he person who did the tiles above the cooker in the chimney breast didn’t grout them or stick them on properly apparently they are now falling off and he won’t answer my calls which is obviously a shame ! I have been asked to suggest price for this job but I haven’t got a clue 🤷‍♀️

I'm looking to get an estimate - can be inexact/non-binding given not visited the property - to mount my TV above a fireplace using an adjustable mount like the one linked below. I can purchase mounting bracket myself so exclude that from estimate (though if have any strong suggestions for other brackets I'm open to those). I can supply pictures of the chimney breast if desired (which contains a wood-burning stove); and this is in a Victorian house. I'm flexible on timings to do the work. When we have heavy rain, water sometimes leaks through our extractor fan chimney onto our hob. It has only recently started so we think maybe the chimney cover is loose or dislodged. We have a bad smell coming from our disused chimney stack. The chimney has vents (approx 6" by 6") in each room that it goes through and these can be removed in living room and 2nd floor bedroom.
