Sofa needs to be disembled in order to fit in the room

I'm moving flat in Tooting Broadway to a new place 5 minutes drive away from where i am. Although i don't have any furniture, I'll still need a good sized van so will just need a hand moving my cases and some bits and pieces to my new place as well as some help just carrying it into the flat. It shouldn't take more than an hour as the 2 flats are very close together. I have about 3 large suitcases, a few holdalls, a full length mirror, and some other large bags as well. I will mainly need a hand putting everything into a van then taking it to my next flat.
