My electric shower head needs replacing

Showerhead needs replacement. It does not hold on height adjustment bar. I need someone to visit the property first, purchase appropriate shower head/materials as needed and return to the property to fix. The price quoted does not include materials.

The wallpaper above my shower head is peeling off, so much so you can see the wood underneath it. Requires sanding/ repainting.
