Downstairs kitchen hot water tap handle is very hard to turn and open. Needs fixing or replacing. The ceramatic valve may need replacing. (Not sure if this is the cause but looks rusty.)

Replace exiting regular tap with a new Wodar 4 in 1 hot water tap. Electric socket in place Fit new door seal to Siemens washer dryer. Old seal has already been removed. New gasket on site Replace 1 x back box to switch.

Issue: Intermittent Hot Water Failure - Heatrae Sadia PremierPlus Unvented Cylinder I have a Heatrae Sadia PremierPlus unvented electric hot water cylinder with an external Aquasystem expansion vessel. The issue is intermittent: * Sometimes there is no hot water at all. * The system occasionally starts working again by itself. * Sometimes I can get it working by turning the electricity off and on or repeatedly using the Boost function. * When it starts working again, it can take several hours before hot water is available. * No obvious leaks are present. * The expansion vessel appears intact, but I am unsure if it is related.
We’ve received an excellent service from Egzon. He was very quick to spot the issue and organize the fix for it. Highly recommend.
