My previous plumber seemed to think all the water could be switched to the mains (currently it’s only the cold kitchen tap that uses water directly from the mains and so never runs out and has great pressure). For now I just want that confirmed. I’m flexible with times but need mornings. Also toilet isn’t working properly as a result of the bad gravity system so please go before you come so you won’t need to use it.

The bathroom hot & cold water button is stuck and cannot be pressed, making it impossible to adjust the hot water for my shower
A truly reliable and nice person who put in great effort to help us find the right model, even on Sunday nights, I know the task was quite emergency but he made it. During the very cold england winter, having such a responsible person assist us in repairing our hot water issues was deeply appreciated. Highly recommended!
