Hi, I need an urgent visit from a Gas Safe Registered engineer to fix my Vaillant ecoTEC Plus boiler. ㅤ Currently, we have no hot water. The boiler display is showing a pressure of 2.8 bar, which is in the warning zone. I have tried to reset the unit, but it is not firing up. ㅤ Requirements: • Must be Gas Safe Registered (please provide your ID number in the offer). • Experience with Vaillant ecoTEC models. • Task involves: Safely reducing system pressure, checking for a faulty filling loop or expansion vessel issue, and ensuring the boiler restarts correctly.

My boiler works fine, however the hot water temp fluctuates now and it's either really hot or extremely cold. It's frustrating and hard to guage the right temp to use the shower etc

Hot water dial is a bit broken but even before that the hot water wasn’t getting hot. Other taps in the property are fine

The extractor fan for the bathroom doesn’t seem to be working which’s causing humidity to form in the adjacent bedroom (mould spores under mattress as a result). Need the extractor fan to be functional & to turn off with a timer. I’m not sure exactly where it’s located though. (Flat is currently tenanted- so sadly I can’t be there to assist). Hot water temperature needs to be adjusted in the shower… Tenants are saying that the water is scolding hot.

Bath tap gets fully hot, but shower stays only lukewarm even with the shower head removed. Likely fault with the concealed mixer diverter or thermostatic cartridge. Looking for diagnosis and front-access repair/replacement.

The hot water tap on my shower has stopped working properly. When I twist the hot water handle, only a very small amount of water comes out. Cold water still works normally. This started recently 2 days ago, no visible leaks. Looking for someone to inspect, repair/replace the tap or internal valve if needed.

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.
