Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to skim/replaster the walls and ceilings in four areas of my home to a smooth, paint-ready finish. Areas to be done (approx sizes) Price excluding materials Hallway: ~1.2m x 4.0m Kitchen: ~3.5m x 2.5m Lounge: ~4.0m x 3.5m Bedroom: ~4.0m x 3.0m Ceiling height: ~2.4m Prep and protection: cover floors, mask edges, protect kitchen units where needed Make good: scrape loose areas, fill/patch, bead corners/edges as required Apply bonding/PVA where needed and skim walls + ceilings (2-coat finish) Neat work around sockets/switches and around architraves/skirting Flat finish, minimal trowel marks, ready for mist coat once dry

Had cottage lounge replastered and need new skirting board installed

There are some cracks in the ceiling that need repairing

Have a plasterer booked in but want this area prepped beforehand. We have an architrave to fit following plastering but want a neat finish. -Fill gaps and level -Fix angle beads around window edge if necessary -Skim prep We have an architrave that will be fitted to the window once plastered

Bathroom cabinet was slightly tilted so we tried to take it down to re- do but it’s left a hole in the plasterboard which needs fixing. Then we would like the bathroom cabinet re-attached to the wall please.

I would like a television hung on my kitchen wall. The wall is plasterboard, so needs to be by someone familiar with plasterboard.

Hello, I am having some electrical And plumbing work done which is resulting in 2 x 75mm chases being created in my floor and in my ceiling . Each chase will Be no longer than about 4.7meters long . I need only the chases backfilled and only the chases plastered over to match the original floor/wall. Price is based upon n only the chasers being plastered and back filled and NOT the entire wall/floor . I don’t have any pictures yet as the work has not been completed. However I have attached pictures of where the chasing will be done so the sink will be a floor chase to where the table is (roughly 2.5 meters in length max) and the electrics will be from the extractor fan over the ceiling to the other side roughly to the right of the microwave. Maximum 4.7metres in length max 75mm wide

I have one wall that is terribly bumpy. I was told it actually needed taking off and new plaster boards but I don’t have the money to do this. I just need it skimming to make it a bit better.
