Plasterboard and plaster both a bedroom and a box room

2 walls need skimming in studio flat, all materials supplied

Kitchen plastering or skimming. Walls n ceiling. They’re mostly all plasterboard. Looking for quotes

There appear to be gaps and holes in the brick wall areas of the loft and possibly around the roof edges. The loft floor is boarded but the side walls are brick. I’m looking for a handyman / carpenter / builder to carry out an inspection and seal the entry points (e.g. using mesh, mortar, or suitable materials) to rodent-proof the loft. This should be a small repair job to close the gaps and prevent mice entering.

Mounting the Enhet wall frame onto the wall, and ikea curtain rods onto the living room ceiling and two bedrooms. The walls are plaster boards.

My curtain rail fell down and I need the wall replastering. It is a hollow wall so I need the gaps filled in, sanded down and painted & the correct fixture to be fitted to hold the curtain rail again.
