There’s a total of 65m2 of artex wall/ceilings in the entire property (hallway, kitchen, stairs, landing, bedrooms, stairs to loft) that require skimming. The other walls do not need skimming at all. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen and lounge areas need doing, as well as hallway and near the stairs. The following areas will all be in matte and satin white: Ceilings = all matte white Bathroom, toilet and kitchen = Two coats of white satin Zinsser The remaining rooms = one undercoat of matte white followed by 2 coats of a light dulux colour. All paint will be provided, we just need a good painter to do the work
