I’m looking for a professional painter to paint two rooms on the ground floor of my home: the sitting room and the dining room. • Sitting Room: approx. 18’3” x 15’3” (5.56m x 4.65m, into bay window) • Dining Room: approx. 15’0” x 13’3” (4.57m x 4.04m) Scope of work: • Prepare walls, ceilings, and woodwork (fill small cracks, light sanding, etc.) • Apply primer if needed • Paint walls and ceilings (likely two coats) • Paint skirting boards, doors, and window frames • Keep a clean, tidy workspace and protect floors/furniture Please provide: • An estimated cost (labour + materials or labour only) • Approximate time required to complete the job • Availability over the next few weeks

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen and lounge areas need doing, as well as hallway and near the stairs. The following areas will all be in matte and satin white: Ceilings = all matte white Bathroom, toilet and kitchen = Two coats of white satin Zinsser The remaining rooms = one undercoat of matte white followed by 2 coats of a light dulux colour. All paint will be provided, we just need a good painter to do the work
