All rooms in the house to be painted. Corridor and one room has wall paper which probably needs stripping.

renting a house for a year. upon moving in found many oil stains, paint chipping, etc. on ceilings, walls, doors, and various surfaces. would like these repainted where necessary or professionally cleaned for areas that don’t warrant a repaint. we have already had cleaners clean the house before move in but they were unable to tackle these things.

We have 2 bedrooms, 1 office room, the hallway/stairs, 2 sitting rooms to be painted.

Painting tasks 1) external painted window sills on ground floor and first floor to be refreshed (two windows in total); 2) external wall painting refresh in back garden; 3) internal painting of wall where paint has flaked off, damp proof paint to be applied (less than 10m2); 4) paint over leak stain on ceiling; 5) paint front doorstep; 6) ladders may be needed to paint first floor window sill; 7) Paint has been purchased from B&Q; 8) surfaces need to be prepared/cleaned as appropriate before painting.

Moving into property - needs painting - 2 sitting rooms, 4 bed rooms

Hi, new home-owner here looking to clean up the flat. There's mould and cracks/gaps around the balcony wall, in the kitchen/bathroom windows and bedrooms too. Would love to get the mould clean, cut back a bit into the plaster, fill, paint over with mould-resistant paint and silicone. Thank you

Painting large room and kitchen cabinets

I will provide paint and all materials. The tasker should stick down some plastic to cover the floor of the porch. Then use a ladder (I can provide if they don't have one) to reach top of the inside of the porch and clean near the ceiling area down as it is quite dirty, use a cloth to wipe off peeling paint and then add a coat of sealer to areas where paint is peeling/cracked. Then very light sanding where I have already filled (I have prepped the bottom area of the porch). Then one coat of paint on inside of porch including door frame and painted arch just outside the porch. Leave the areas where sealant was applied to the end as it takes 2 hours to dry. I think it would take around 2 - 2.5 hours.

5 interior doors to be painted black, doors already installed with fittings. 1 wooden door and 4 doors are off white as per photos. Paint can be provided if necessary

Basic freshen up of the house. Fresh coat of Matt white everywhere. All holes have already been filled and sanded mostly. 2 days work max.
