I have a new konner sohnen inverter generator (ks 4000ieg s). I have run the generator for around 20 hours and now need to replace the engine oil. First I need to drain the existing oil, which should be a simple task. However, the bolt which I believe I need to undo in order to drain the oil, is located in an awkward position, and my attempts to loosen it have failed. I need someone with a bit more mechanical know-how and understanding of generators to help me resolve this.

Change oil&filter in Citroen C3 and change coolant (i mixed pink with blue by accident) . Reset code after and check filter for debris(though I can do that bit) .. just bought car so need to check it as it's wet belt...I'm in Croydon cr0 2ef. I'd do it myself but I've had surgery so can't get under car. Do need someone with an M7 and M10 socket pieces as the underside has 2 different nuts. The unit is custom trim aurround, cables to support the reserve parking camera, TPMS, DAB and CAM bus to fit my CRV.
