Kitchen installation preliminary inspection

I am having the lower half of my kitchen removed on the 3rd of September. I am then having a free standing cooker installed. I need someone to install the remaining kitchen units, new countertop and sink. I also need to replace the current extractor fan with a new one. There is potential for a slimline dishwasher connection too. But I’m undecided on adding that as it stands. So in summary, half a kitchen installation (very small kitchen).

I’m looking at ordering an Ikea kitchen, I was told it’ll take at least two months before I can get a slot in and the quote was higher than I expected. I wanted to see what are my options. It’s a small kitchen approximately 3.1m over 1.5m. No changes in plumbing but I am replacing all the appliances. I’m also wondering if I can get a separate quote for removal of the current kitchen.

Complete and professional installation of metod kitchen needed. We are having the doors and the worktop custom made by another company and installed at a later date, so it’s just the metod kitchen units themselves (and the oven if possible) which need to be installed.
