I've had constant internet drop-outs at my home. I have tested the modem and there does not appear to be any issues. TPG have said that it may be a wiring issue inside the house given that they cannot observe any issues on the outside NBN line.

3 interconnected Ethernet switches, need two separate VLans (switch 1&2 VLan1 and switch 3 VLan2) so switch 1&2 is 192.168.0.xxx and switch 3 is 192.168.1.xxx Both need to be combined in the router so they both can be accessible by the same computer.

Our home internet (Optus)freezes and requires the modem to be switched off from the mains and then switched on after 1 minute and the it is ok for a day or so and then freezes again.

Hi We need a technician at our home (Blacktown). There has been an issue with the wifi (not reaching certain areas of the house). The connectivity on laptops are weak. Not sure if its the modem or the wifi itself. We are on NBN. Thanks Fabiha

CCTV system connected to a Telstra 5G dongle, which connects to a modem/router. I use the Danale app to view the cameras remotely. Local recording still works fine it’s just the remote viewing that’s no longer working. Possible issue: The modem might need a reset or reconfiguration, or the dongle settings (like port forwarding, IP/DNS, etc.) may have changed. Please let me know if you have experience with this kind of setup and can help get it back online

We have nbn Unifier extender not reaching since we changed to nbn. Need a workaround or potential cable installed. Area from modem to grant flat with in 30 to 40 metres. Unifier extender should convert 500 metres, so this maybe be the issue
