Hi brains team, We opened a business last year and have been having terrible trouble with our Google Business Profile and our Shopify products appearing on Google. Someone how we ended up with a duplicate account that has been the bane of my existence, I have been back and forth with Google with no luck to remove it, as they keep sending me the same generic email - no actual help!
