I'm away from home and need to set up Remote Desktop access to my PC so I can work remotely. This needs one router setting changed (port forwarding), which I can only do from the router's local admin page — so I need someone nearby to connect to the WiFi and follow a few clicks while I guide them by private message. No entry to any property needed, no tools required, smartphone only. Should take 15-20 minutes.

My mum recently had a Hyperoptic modem installed in the hall for VoIP calls, as she has a landline, and all landlines will be digital by the end of the year. She wants to use the landline in the living room instead, so I bought her an RJ11 extension lead and cable clips to clip it to the wall and skirting. She also has carpeting and carpet bar door trims. Can someone put the cable in for her please?

I’m looking for someone to neatly run an Ethernet cable from my router in one room through to my home office. I already have: * 50m flat Cat 8 Ethernet cable (I expect most of this will be needed) * Approx. 200 adhesive flat cable clips The cable will need to be routed neatly around the property, ideally following skirting boards, door frames/edges etc. to keep it as discreet as possible. Important: I’m renting, so no drilling or permanent fixings can be used. The adhesive clips I have should be used wherever possible, or I’m happy to consider other removable/non-damaging solutions if you recommend something better. The main job is working out the neatest route and installing the cable securely from the router to the office, without it looking messy or creating a trip hazard. I already have the cable and clips ready to go.

Looking for someone experienced with home network cabling who can supply/install the required Cat6/Cat6a cable, wall sockets , switches and test each connection once completed. Budget £200
