Looking for an IT to work on Desktop that's doesn't read hard drive when turned on. Could be due to a virus/trojan I got after downloading a mobile program. Not 100% sure if potentially caused hardware issue. When I turn on PC nothing load on screen and turn off by itself after a few seconds without reading hard drive.
