If the existing bracket is suitable and safe to use, I would be happy to keep it in place and have the TV mounted onto it. Requirements - Supply all necessary fixings and tools. - Check that the walls are suitable for mounting before installation. - Previous experience with TV mounting and outdoor wall installations preferred. Install aerial splitter/amplifier box (supplied), connect four existing aerial cables (1 from the roof mounted aerial, 1 for flat B and 2 for flat A) and test signal/reception. (If the aerial is dead will need to source a wall mounted one. No expectation of getting on the roof!).
