Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to remove the old timber skirting boards from a single 4m x 3m bedroom in Surbiton. This needs to be completed either this Thursday (tomorrow) or Friday morning at the latest. There are active central heating pipes running directly above the skirting boards. You must be able to score the top caulk line and carefully pry the boards horizontally away from the wall. Absolutely NO vertical prying or upwards leverage can be used against the copper pipes. You must bring your own tools (utility knife, pry bars, hammer/mallet) to handle this safely

I have a Neff dishwasher which needs fixing, The water just flows in at rapid speed every 5-10 minutes and nothing happens, There is no heating as well and I suspect issue withthe heat pump, Even after 2-3 hours none of the vessels get cleaned up and water gets clogged up in the bottom, This may need parts replacement and I want some one to assist me in fixing this up Also need to check if the pump works properly to clean as the water gets clogged up in the bottom

Our dishwasher is not heating up, it still runs but we know the water isn’t getting hot as we have opened it mid run. This also means that the dishes are not dry when the cycle is finished and the dishwasher is not washing anything oily well. We suspect a faulty heating unit. I need a cable installed for my underfloor heating mat in my shower room. Picture 1: shows the plug socket in the adjacent room, which I’m hoping you can run the cable from. Picture 2: shows the direction of the joists under the floor to help plan the route. I need a plumber to check the boiler and heating system in a flat. It has not been used in over a year. Also, check for possible leaks in the bathroom.

The electric for my immersion heater has blown at the switch for the second time in a year suggesting there is a problem either with the wiring or perhaps the heating element in the tank.

1) Carefully remove all floorboards downstairs and set aside. 2) install timber battens between joists 3) install rigid insulation minimum 50mm thick between floor joist, above battens. 4) underfloor heating pipework installed between joists (materials supplied by us). Joists to be notched where required to allow pipework to pass through 5) dry sand a cement mix screed to the placed between joists above underfloor heating pipework and levelled flat. 6) fix down floorboards over the top of all, fixing floorboards into the joists.

1) There is no water pressure in bathtub shower of common bathroom 2) Flush tank of common bathroom toilet doesn't have pressure and needs replacement 3) Issue in couple of heating radiators (common bathroom, conservatory, en-suite bedroom, living room) which need bleeding or Drayton TRV4 valves to be replaced 4) The Aqualisa power showers in enclosed bath make a huge noise, need to be replaced
