My underfloor never kicks in at the start of winter. Can someone please assess, it’s getting cold in here… I have x6 thermostats in the flat. They all register the correct time/date/function. If I set the temperature for the heating to turn on, the flame icon appears (so it works) but the heating doesn’t turn on.

New navien boiler with nest system was installed around 2 years ago but has never worked properly. Radiators are very hot even when Nest claims not to be able heating. Some radiators don't work at all. Boiler sometimes depressurises. Looking for a highly experienced heating engineer who can try to get the system working more efficiently.

We are looking for a heating engineer familiar with Nest thermostats to fix a problem with our system. Recently, when the Nest thermostat that controls our Vaillant boiler comes on and indicates it is heating, it does not always trigger the heating to come on. Turning on and off the system in the Nest app can sort the problem, although this doesn’t always work. There is a Honeywell motorised valve actuator which is making a buzzing noise sometimes when the boiler is trying to come on. The boiler, hot water tank and Nest system were installed new in 2021.

We need someone experienced with combi boilers and Honeywell Home heating systems to set up our heating on an automated timer. The boiler works, but we need someone to correctly programme the heating schedule so it turns on/off automatically. Worchester boiler Greenstar 25i ErP says system stand by and shows error E9, flow sensor fault. Pressure checked and it is fine.

Heatmiser heating system needs to be recalibrated as radiators are not reflecting what Thermostats say. Also one radiator valve possibly needs replacing as it seems to be always on

Boiler supplies hot water to radiators upstairs and underfloor heating downstairs. UFH downstairs has been working well for 2 years and recently had a 2 port valve replaced. The UFH is not kicking starting when the stats are turned up.

1 radiator does not heat up, rest of radiators do

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!

Hello there, We need help replacing the radiator valve. The current radiator is constantly heating and won’t turn off, the valve seems to be stuck or faulty. Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great
