I need 3 tasks. 1. Add a lock to en suite bathroom 2. Fix a broken cupboard closer in bathroom 3. Investigate and open hot water tank to increase the maximum temperature. Currently doesn’t get that hot. Preferably a plumber with handyman skills needed

Hi looking for a labour quote to fit retrofit underfloor water based heating on the floorplan attached excluding WC and utility room. The existing flooring is laminate/carpet on suspended wood/concrete. Scope of work will require existing floor removal and prep, installation of ufh and also laying laminate on top. Thanks Peri

Take up existing floorboards, batten out between joists and apply insulation, install UFH between insulation and dry screed layer and fix back down floorboards

Towel radiator needs fixing. Heating element gone. If this cannot be fixed, need new radiator purchasing, installing and area repainting. Can pay more for the larger task.

Wunda water underfloor heating

Someone came to change thermostat as it was broken but when replaced it turn off heating at the house, he said didn't know what he was doing. then requested to put back the previous one to make it work but heating stopped working. Does anyone know how to turn on thermostat again? only need to turn on then will cover.

My built-in IKEA oven is not heating on the fan oven setting, but it does heat up normally on the conventional (top & bottom heat) setting. the small screw, which holds up the heating element, has dropped out of the roof of the oven. It needs to be replaced.

I have heatmiser underfloor heating one zone receiver come on but no heat provided

Main radiators in the flat are not working, however the bathroom radiators are working.

One radiator is warm at the top and not bottom and the others aren't heating fully, I've tried bleeding but it isn't changing anything Dishwasher runs but doesn't heat

My towel rack stopped heating up a week or so back I tried to turn it off and on (will change to green or red) but don't feel any heat coming through (display is blank)

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
