Need to balance heating from radiators in my 3 bedroom house. 3 of the radiators are old and need new lockshields and TRVs installed which I can supply before the task date.

Hi, I need help with my electric water heating system (see attached photos). It’s a Joule hot water cylinder connected to a Timeguard controller. The issue is that the shower only produces warm water, not hot water – even when I press the “Boost” button. The system powers on, but the water temperature is not reaching a usable level. Looking for a qualified plumber/electrician who can: • Diagnose the problem (immersion heater, element, thermostat, timer, or wiring issue). • Carry out repairs or replace parts if needed. • Prevent any future issues with clear instructions

The Baxi boiler was making loud fan noises. A Baxi engineer inspected and identified a blocked waste pipe due to sagging. He advised that the pipe the whole system needs to be flushed to prevent further issues. Note: Payment will only be released once the issue is fully resolved...like no further Noise.

We currently have two Heatmiser Neostat v2 thermostats installed in our home, along with an RF Switch v2 and a UH8-RF v2. One of the thermostats is used to control our radiators, while the other manages the underfloor heating system. We’ve been having ongoing difficulties getting either thermostat to consistently switch the heating systems on or off. We’ve tried resetting and re-pairing both systems several times. While they may initially appear to function correctly for a short period, the thermostats inevitably stop communicating with the RF Switch and UH8-RF devices. At first, we suspected that the issue might be linked to our old boiler (which was over 20 years old), but having replaced the boiler, the issue remains unresolved. We also attempted to relocate the thermostats closer to the RF units to improve signal strength, but this has made no difference. To date, two separate boiler engineers have tried to diagnose the issue, but neither has been able to identify the root cause or offer a solution.

Ok, last time it was a hit water pipe with a little hole and release steam which destroyed the electrical. I hope we catch it earlier this time as I had no error message yet

Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great
