Find professional thermostat installation in London

Two pieces of work. First: replace an existing Honeywell Home Thermostat with a new Google Nest thermostat. Existing is wired from boiler to another room, new thermostat will be plugged into wall in another room with a link device wired into the boiler using the old connection. Second: Rodding Access to be added to an existing rear wastewater pipe. Photos show: new thermostat (plug-in), boiler set up, old thermostat that's wired into the boiler, new link to be wired into boiler, area that needs rodding access added to the pipe.

Need someone who can fix two thermostatic shower/bath mixer valves (and if possible replace/repair to bath pop-up wastes)

replace existing thermostat with a replacement. there are six wires and they will transfer to the new one. 2 mains,2 heat sensor, 2 heating mat. the thermostat is mounted in a bathroom unit, so when its removed the wires need to be taped down so that they do not fall back. The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. The temperature was fine, so not sure what has changed. The attached photo is an old photo as the en suite is actually fully decorated. The shower cubical is micro cement.
