The hot water in my shower doesn't get properly hot, whereas the water from the tap does. Apparently the thermostatic valve needs replacing.

Under our kitchen sink, the plastic piping is leaking due to a blockage and needs replacing. Plus, we want to add a thermostatic valve to our hallway radiator. Bonus, we need an official electric test on the entire flat by a certified electrician.
