The entire flat is using the under floor wet heating. The old thermostat is broken. Model number: UFHDIALB There are only 2 wires behind it. (Please check the photo) I want to change to the new thermostat which can be controlled by WI-FI. I currently have 2 types of the thermostat. One is UFHSMARTRFW. Another one is UFHSMARTW. I’m looking for an experienced heating/HIU engineer to diagnose an issue with the heating controls in my flat. I have an HIU (Heat Interface Unit) and a wall-mounted heating controller/thermostat. The wall controller does not appear to be communicating with the HIU correctly — changing the heating settings/turning the heating on does not seem to trigger the HIU or radiators. The HIU has previously had a faulty actuator valve head replaced. The previous engineer replaced the actuator and got the heating working, but I don't think the wall controller/controls were properly investigated. I therefore need someone who understands BOTH: HIUs / Heat Interface Units Heating thermostats, programmers and control systems The communication/connection between the wall controller, receiver/relay and HIU Electrical/wiring diagnosis where appropriate I’m looking for someone to diagnose the actual fault rather than simply replace the actuator again. Please only apply if you have experience with HIUs AND heating controls/thermostats. I can provide photos of the HIU and wall controller, as well as the previous engineer's report.

Looking for an experienced heating engineer to install a Bosch EasyControl CT200 smart thermostat. Boiler is a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 34 CDi Classic ErP and the Bosch EasyControl CT200 has already been purchased. There is currently no room thermostat installed, so this is a new installation rather than a replacement. Job to include connecting the EasyControl to the boiler, running any required 2-core thermostat cable, mounting the thermostat in a suitable location, and commissioning/testing the system. I have checked and is in working order, all the status lights are green which indicate the hive is connected and working and the same for the boiler as we have hot water. However the thermostat still does not send signal to heat up

My bath/shower’s hot water has become unreliable, although the hot water supply itself is working well. I think the problem may be limescale affecting the thermostatic mixer cartridge, so I would like it to be removed, inspected and cleaned. I started trying to do this myself but realised I don’t have the experience or tools for the job, so I’m looking for someone to help. The mixer is an Ideal Standard A4054AA Active bath shower mixer, and the thermostatic cartridge is S960134NU, in case that’s helpful. This is a slightly fiddly job that will require experience with thermostatic mixers and a toolkit. I particularly struggled to remove the plastic pin holding the cartridge/unit together, so I’d like someone who is comfortable dismantling and reassembling this type of mixer.

I need a thermostatic bar valve shower set installed. It will replace an existing thermostatic shower valve

The thermostatic valve on a shower needs cleaning or possibly replacing. It was installed to make servicing impossible. The valve 52mm nut cannot be accessed. The water supply to the shower is off. So, the shower unit needs to be unscrewed from inlet hot and cold supplies and outlets in order to access the valve. This is visit one. Then I will sort out the thermostatic valve. Once that is done - visit two, maybe a week or so later, will be reassembly and checking everything works with no leaks! The suggested price is one visit
