Right now I have a tado thermostat and old underfloor thermostats and a Honeywell aswell on the second floor. I need the tado and Honeywell to work in zones

Check wiring of one thermostat for UFH (warmup 7ie) with hydra. Check the wiring centre is correct and the correct wiring is in place. Add 2 further zone thermostats in basement by the wiring centre and add probes to the pipe work. Bring up to heat to check all is correct and working.

My Hive thermostat is connected to the receiver however it doesn’t send the signal to for the heat to work. Boiler is working there is hot water, just no heat. I need someone who can diagnose the issue/repair if needed which may be the zone valve/actuator rather then the HiVE thermostat.

My shower keeps switching between scalding hot and freezing cold… done a bit of research online, looks like it’s an issue with the Thermostatic Cartridge. Need to remove the cartridge and assess the situation, it might just need a descale. Just not really sure how. I’m guessing it’s not a huge job. If time and skills permit I’d also like to hand a couple of hooks on the wall, just not confident with a drill. Thanks.

Hi, I have a new boiler and it controls all the heating. I've put new batteries in the thermostat which I know controls the heating but the thermostat doesn't work. Do you think I need a new themorstat?

I have a new thermostat which needs swapping for the old one. There’s instructions with the new one but may need some wiring and checking with a phase tester first. Should hopefully be a mega quick job!
