The shower is a concealed Pura thermostatic shower (photos attached). The main issue is faulty temperature control: the water only gets hot when turned fully to maximum, a very small adjustment makes it go from very hot to cold, and it takes a long time for hot water to come through. The rest of the temperature range does very little. Based on research, this appears most likely to be a failed or scaled thermostatic cartridge, or a temperature stop/calibration issue. The shower otherwise works and there are no leaks. If, once inspected, the cartridge is not the cause, I’m happy for you to advise on the next appropriate step without replacing the full concealed valve or removing tiles unless absolutely necessary.

Have a thermostatic shower which is running off a 9.5kw water heater which is not making the water hot enough. Need new electric shower fitter in place of the thermostatic shower

There is an issue with the heating in the main bedroom suspect that it’s to do with the thermostat but not sure. See attached image.

This is an old thermostat that isn't in use on a wall. Would like it removing if can be done in such a way that there isn't then a hole in the wall (if there would be behind?) - if so if it could be filled in some way or something to look like the rest of the wall? Or if there wouldn't be, just paint touched up to look neat

Installation of hive mini thermostat to our combi boiler

I have 4 jobs that need doing. A section of skirting board needs to be cut and fitted there are water pipes in that area, so it’s a bit tricky. A curtain rail needs to be fitted I attempted it myself, but it’s ended up uneven and needs refitting properly. I also need a wired thermostat replaced with a wireless thermostat.
