I need help replacing my existing shower kit. The thermostatic mixer has failed but because a replacement isn’t available for that component, I need to replace the whole kit (valve, rigid riser etc) with a new one I have already purchased. Attached are photos of the existing kit and of the replacement.

Primarily, the boiler needs serving. It's working and does the job but hasn't been serviced recently so needs doing. The mains water stopcock has developed a leak and that needs sorting and cleaning. Additionally, the radiators throughout the flat are sporadic and have a mind of their own, sometimes coming on when not needed and failing to come on when they are needed in spite of automatic timing controls on the boiler. This may be a thermostat control issue. Would like this diagnosed and fixed. Rads also need bleeding every now and then which I would like resolved.

I have the boiler installed but I need to install the thermostat to control the temperature. The boiler is a Greenstar 4000 and the thermostat is a Honeywell T3.

Hot weather and hot water coming through shower has poss created havic with thermostat. Onky coming through cold now.

My concealed shower tap's thermostatic cartridge needs cleaning or replacing. Water is hard to mix, always too hot or too cold! Obviously if it needs replacing i would need to buy it and you'd have to come back and I'd pay for both times... I tried to take it out to get a picture but I wasn't able to get the tap cap off,even after taking out the screws.

Check wiring of one thermostat for UFH (warmup 7ie) with hydra. Check the wiring centre is correct and the correct wiring is in place. Add 2 further zone thermostats in basement by the wiring centre and add probes to the pipe work. Bring up to heat to check all is correct and working.

Salus thermostat Hillingdon, Middlesex, UB4 0, England Anyone able to quote on reconnecting a salus thermostat back to the boiler.
