Hang up various wall art. Need advice on fixings etc

Radiator has pulled away from the wall. Looks like the rawl plugs gave up on it. I've filled the holes behind the radiator, but it's propped up by a chair now, still connected to the pipes at the bottom. Will need draining, new screws and rawlplugs fitted, rehanging and a quick test.

I need someone to fit a wall mount for a satellite dish on the second floor of our home - close to the roof. Then another hole for the cable to go into the home. We'll likely take a few minutes to adjust the direction of the dish. You'll need to being a ladder extendible to reach the second floor from the ground floor. Also a large drill bit to make the whole on the wall for the cable. Thanks!
