installation of venetian blinds (180cm width) just need installing in one room and window drill needed

Blinds get stuck when opening. Part at top that string goes through is cracked causing string to fray. String needs replacing & the parts at the top which are broken also need replacing.

Blind has fallen off the ceiling, needs screwing back up.

The cord came out of the roller blind. I took it off and did my best to reconnect the cord but it doesn’t move and I can’t put the blind up or down.
