Remove all blind and all fixings plug holes with filler if not reused and the fit new blind

String on one side is very thin & about to snap. Also snagging on roller when opening which has likely caused the string to thin.

The cord on my velux blind has come loose and it won’t fully close. It’s not snapped. It seems it’s jammed in the track.
