Some garden waste, a few chairs and garden table needs removing

It a heavy garden table top 1760mm x 1200mm 223kg It needs moving from the front of the house to the back garden through a conservatory and some steps

I need removal for my garden waste as shown in pictures

old fence and double glazing door and some other little bits of rubbish from the garden

I have a small garden that needs a good cleaning with waste removal. My tenant didn’t take care of it and has left it in a mess, please see attached photos. So I need all the plants chopped/removed and there’s a bath tub, garden chairs and a photo to frame that needs to be disposed of. The fence is also broken (that’s the neighbours responsibility) however, the neighbour isn’t responding and I will have to fix the fence myself. I can only do this once the garden is all cleared and the weeds are removed. Please can you help?
