I had a damp proofing course in summer and have been told a number of joiners to get the plastering done where the skirting boards were removed so the surface is covered and neat. I don't have many areas that need this just 3 (back wall in living room/kitchen a couple of small walls in bathroom)

We have had a small portion of wall extended but the tradesman has let us down and not come to install the skirting board. We need the skirting board supplying and installing.

I need approx. 8m² of plywood flooring removed. It’s screwed into chipboard and some screws are rusted or covered with old tile adhesive. I’d like to keep the chipboard underneath as intact as possible, but don’t need any finishing — just removal of the plywood. Power tools (recip saw, multi-tool, floor lifter etc.) are fine to use if it helps. I’m flexible on when during the day it’s done, but looking to get it sorted ASAP. Fair budget and can discuss waste disposal if needed. Photos can be provided.
