The basin in the bathroom has some hairline cracks that need repairing, there are no leaks or anything. The laminate/vinyl flooring (not sure which type it is) in the kitchen is coming away and is raised causing a trip hazard, needs to be glued to secure it

Hello. The skirting board is missing on one wall. There is gap between the wall and the floor. So need to fill the gap and install skirting board on one wall. The rest of the walls has skirting already present.

Screw in blind , fix toilet roll holder , mend skirting board , fill small hole in ceiling , replace mixer tap in kitchen if possible
