I want the carpet removed for a house rewire. The carpet will be put back so it needs to be done carefully. The carpet is in two bedrooms, hallway and stairs.

Hello. The skirting board is missing on one wall. There is gap between the wall and the floor. So need to fill the gap and install skirting board on one wall. The rest of the walls has skirting already present.
