I would like my kitchen floor to have vinyl flooring put down

To lay laminate flooring in 2 bedrooms

Concrete floor we want fit laminate and material in place Area is 50 meter square 1 room

I have 7 small rooms approx 9 square metres each which need LVT click in flooring planks being laid plus 1m by2m bathroom

I need to put new flooring down in my living room and hall way. My living room is 17. Square meters. It already has new underlay on. The hallway is 6.58 square meters. All flooring has been prepped, just need to put new flooring on. Living room is just 4 walls - square. And hallway is rectangle. No hard corners.

We have just moved house and have some squeaky and broken floorboards in one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately carpet has gone down now, but looking for a carpenter to replace and/or fix the floorboards

Remove hallway carpet and plywood overlay to expose timber floorboards. Inspect and diagnose root cause of creaking. Then permanently fix by screeding boards to joists, adding adhesive, and reinstating plywood ready for new carpet. Small hallway size: 34" x 174"

We are a expanding shop based in Thanet. We currwntly employ 2 full time fitters with another two subcontractors. We are looking for someone who is looking to fill out there diary with semi frequent work. Ideally someone comfortable with carpets and LVT (dryback) as well as all types of floor prep although we would be happy to split this between two people if not comfortable with both. Added bonus would be commercial vinyl. Price added just to get past the job listing rules. Happy to discuss sensible rates either day or M2

14 April: Take off skirting boards 17/18/19 April: put back the skirting boards (current or new TBC) Put back date depends the flooring completion but latest would be 19 April. Location: Living room (~26m2)+ hallway (~5m2) Optional: If you provide skirting board please also let us know and we can see if we want to add to the total.
