We have replaced around 15 floorboards and they need sanding with a hand sander. We have a machine that can be used but we don’t have the time to do it ourselves.

10 square meters room, needs to install lvt tiles. Old carpets and underlay removed so may need plyboard to supply and put on top of floor boards and then install clicked lvt tiles ( I will supply materials)which is build up with underlay and finishing work.

A floor board has lifted, and we had a damp specialist come and confirmed it isn't swollen, rather it was laid poorly. We need it either fixed or replaced, along with some skirting boards reattached. We don't have any spare boards and will require you to sort that ideally.

Looking to renovate my patio decking by removing the existing boards and installing new ones. The current wood has become soft/partially rotten in places, so it needs to be fully replaced.
