We have replaced around 15 floorboards and they need sanding with a hand sander. We have a machine that can be used but we don’t have the time to do it ourselves.

10 square meters room, needs to install lvt tiles. Old carpets and underlay removed so may need plyboard to supply and put on top of floor boards and then install clicked lvt tiles ( I will supply materials)which is build up with underlay and finishing work.

The recommendation from the old owner - who is a builder but lives overseas, says to put a brace understand the floorboards to stablise them. He said should be relatively easy.
