Hello, I have gaps in a couple of my floor boards and also board that needs to be clicked into place.

I need a carpenter or experienced handyperson to replace the floorboards in a small bedroom. The room is 1.7m x 2.16m. The previous owners had a cat that urinated on the floor. I have installed new carpet and used heavy-duty enzyme cleaners, but the smell has soaked into the timber boards, so they need completely replacing. What the job involves: Carefully pulling back the newly installed carpet. Removing and disposing of the old, affected floorboards. Checking the joists underneath (and letting me know if they need treating/sealing before new boards go down). Supplying and fitting new floorboards (or equivalent structural sheet flooring). Remove carpet, underlay and a small amount of laminate flooring from about six rooms in and old house. Put it all in a skip. Then, vacuum, mop and apply hardwax oil (with brush/roller). Skip, vacuum, mop, hardwax oil and tools all provided.
