Hi, I'm looking for some help to replace a couple of damaged laminate floor boards. The damaged laminate floor boards need to be lifted up, new underlay put down, and the replacement laminate floor boards fitted. About 8-9 laminate floor boards to be replaced in my living room.

I suspect the floorboards in my back room are rotten at one end as the floor seems to be ‘sinking’ near the wall. The room next door’s floorboards seem fine. Need it checking and replacing asap.

Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs. I have laminate floorboards. They've been shifting around. One has come up and the foam under is torn very slightly. I have replacement boards if necessary but this one needs to be refitted. I am also looking to find the source of the problem to see if I need to book a more serious repair.

Boards are plastic / composite and have the torx decking screw head which need to be removed in sequence.
