I have two damaged floorboards that need replacing - I have spare floorboards but will have to cut to fit & replace the old ones. I had water damage and so the plasterboard might have to be painted too

The floorboards in the corner of the bathroom next to the shower have rotted and need replacing. The laminate flooring will then need to be replaced throughout the whole bathroom. No idea how much this will cost so used £11 as an estimate to be able to send the request.

I need lino replaced (186 x 152cm/ 73.2" x 59.8") I will provide this. The last builders sealed between lino and skirting board and this has come away so needs resealing. The lino is under my washing machine (see pictures )so this needs to be moved (unplugged /disconnected) and replaced.
