Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs. We have 2 bedrooms with carpet and have underfloor heating. We would like to change the carpet to Amtico flooring like the rest of the house.

Should be an easy task - the plumber needs to access the manhole and didn’t want to remove the decking boards. Boards are plastic / composite and have the torx decking screw head which need to be removed in sequence. Once removed, leave it for a few days while the plumber addresses the issue in the manhole and then return to replace the boards.
