Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs. I have a bedroom approximately 3m x 3m. There was a leak, so the existing carpet and 10mm underlay need to be removed and disposed of. There is a bed and Chester drawers in room that can hope fully be worked around Once the floor has fully dried, I will need the new underlay and carpet supplied and fitted approximately one week later. This will require two separate visits. Please provide a quote for both stages.
