To install gripper rods and fit carpet in a small maisonette, hallway, bedroom and lounge

Have already fitted gripper rods and underlay cut and in place. Have door threshold but would need cut to size and fitted too. Room is a rectangle for the most part, though carpet would need fitted around a built in desk. Room size approx 345x550

There are 3 beds and a landing area on 1st floor and entry/stairs, totaling around 50sq m. With household items such as bed, table chair that may have to be moved a little. Separate carpenter is booked for the 28th to quote for repair works , so first part has to be done either Wed (27th May) night or early Thursday. And refitted once flooring work is completed

Repair the kitchen cupboard hinge, as it's broken away. Then pin back the carpet on the stairs to prevent trip hazards.
