The carpet was installed while there was a table fixed to the floor, i am planning to remove the table and a bedside table so it will be a hole in the carpet. I have extra carpet available to patch the area I just need someone with the right tools and experience to do the repair.

Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs. There are some other small additional works that are needed in our property (removing and replacing bathroom basin, changing light fixtures, replacing kitchen tiles). Many thanks, Rana

I have a bedroom approximately 3m x 3m. There was a leak, so the existing carpet and 10mm underlay need to be removed and disposed of. There is a bed and Chester drawers in room that can hope fully be worked around Once the floor has fully dried, I will need the new underlay and carpet supplied and fitted approximately one week later. To take up an existing carpet in an upstairs room and relay it in the attic. ( proper large access with a ladder is in the same room ) It's going down on to a flat tongue and groove boarded floor up there and will go up against units on all sides so no underlay or grippers required. Just needs cutting to the right size and securing with some double sided tape.
