I'm looking for a qualified electrician with experience in solar battery storage systems to connect the EPS (Emergency Power Supply) output from my existing Growatt hybrid inverter to my home's main consumer unit via an automatic transfer switch (ATS). Existing system: Growatt SPH3600 hybrid inverter (3.6kW) Firmware RAAA191904 2 × Pylontech US2000C batteries (4.8kWh total) Existing domestic solar PV installation Location: Surbiton, Surrey Work required: Assess and install a compatible ATS, preferably Growatt ATS-S or an appropriate equivalent. Run a new cable from the inverter's EPS output to the changeover equipment. Connect the system to the existing consumer unit, including any necessary alterations and protective devices. Ideally provide automatic backup to the whole consumer unit, rather than rewiring individual circuits. Ensure safe grid isolation, appropriate earthing, neutral switching and overload/fault protection. Configure and test automatic operation during a simulated power cut. Provide electrical testing and certification as appropriate. I'm aware the inverter has a limited EPS output of approximately 3.6kW and am happy to manage appliance usage during outages. Please quote for labour and installation materials, indicating whether you can supply the ATS or would prefer me to purchase it. Experience with Growatt SPH inverters and domestic EPS installations is strongly preferred. Please also confirm relevant electrical qualifications and Part P compliance.
