I am vinyl wrapping my worktop and before I do it I want my sink and tap replaced. Looking for someone to assist with this task

Sorry this had expired before I got to respond to my offers; Must have experience/ qualification Change taps for bath and sink. Pictures attached of new and current taps. Must be a set fee as the price cannot keep going up to get the job done or more days added on. It also include handing mirror-drill in tiles.

Paint two bedrooms and hallways upstairs and downstairs

I have two lamps that are broken. I think their fuses have blown or the bulbs, but i can't change the bulbs in them.

Replace 2 leaking taps with new

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
