I need assistance with changing fire and smoke alarms at my property

I need a mains fitted smoke alarm installing in the hall and a heat sensor in the kitchen. This is following a recent loft conversion and will ensure it’s compliant with building regs. The hall (see pics) has holes in the ceiling where hopefully the wiring can be accessed. The other pic shows the area in the kitchen where the heat sensor will go. I will supply the parts.

I have three items I need an electrician to help with: 1. Replacing the extractor fan in my bathroom 2. Replacing the smoke alarm 3.
