Broken integrated fridge freezer needs removing from kitchen unit onto a dolly then potentially unhooking from the electrics as it may be hard wired in, there is a separate isolating fused switch on the wall which is why I think this. Recycle the old fridge and remove from the property. The access to the flat is via 3 flights of wide stairs in an old building, the lift is broken at present so not a single man job.
