Repair electric BBQ, keeps tripping the RCD

I had a electrician fix the main light switch but for some reason this is not working any longer. Also, there is a live wire that needs to be made redundant, as it opens and live. Thanks

I have a shower thats leaking into the wall and need it replaced and tiling done also will keep the current electric shower. Theres 2 bathrooms that will need to be done and 1 will need a radiator removed. Regarding the pictures the bathroom with a square shower needs tiling from the door to the bath and radiator removed and with the other 1 it's just the shower area that needs tiling as well as the shower cubicle replaced.
