We have electric heaters in our flat. Two of them work perfectly and have never had an issue with either of them. One of our gates is stuck open and no longer responds to the remote, the other gate on the driveway is still functioning as normal. We do not have the manual release key and all the sensors are clean, has previously occured when the sliding gate was obstructed by leaves or debris and last repairman managed to fix in 10 minutes so seems relatively easy.
