Hi, I’m moving house (still in Brentwood) in the next month and am buying a summer house (approx. 7 x 4m) for the new garden (see attached picture as an example of the one I ‘might’ buy). I’m considering building myself due to the costs the summer house company charge but wanted to find out how much you would charge. I haven’t decided which base it will be on yet but likely timber with metals ground screws and I would also need running and installing the electric at the same time.
