Loft access is clear, insulation and loft boards have been moved, and the working areas are accessible. The works include first-fix wiring/supplies for: Ensuite LED lighting / LED drivers in the loft Inline extract fan, fan isolator relocation, and fan testing Demister mirror wiring from the bathroom switch position Future electric towel rail Shaver socket relocation Toothbrush charger supply UFH / towel rail controller supply Replacement of a damaged external IP67 isolator for an AC unit Some existing wiring is already in place, including a switched live from the light switch to the extract fan location. Back boxes and builder’s prep are already done (or will be done) where required. This is first fix only at this stage, with second fix to follow later. There will also be further electrical work available as the refurbishment progresses.

I'm looking for someone experienced in fitting aftermarket vehicle accessories and auto electrical installations. The job involves fitting an electric number plate bracket, securely mounting the mechanism, routing and concealing the wiring neatly, connecting it to the vehicle's power supply, and testing that it operates correctly. Experience fitting accessories such as dash cams, reversing cameras, parking sensors, LED lighting, or similar vehicle electronics would be ideal. I'm looking for a clean, professional installation with no loose or visible wiring.

The LG Air Con wall unit is leaking water when it’s in cooling mode. It starts to leak after 30 minutes of turning it on. It does not leak on heat mode.

Electric scooter tire messed up

Oven not working. An oven specialist has been called out but said its an electrical fault with the power supply. I have tried changing the fuse but that didnt help.

I am of the view that my cooker wire may be short circuiting the main board and is turning this off.
