I am looking for a Panasonic heat-pump/air-source heat-pump engineer to reset and diagnose the fault with my heating system. The system is a Panasonic heating system with a UK Cylinders Elite hot-water cylinder. The Panasonic controller is currently displaying: 'H20 – Pump error'. The hot water is working normally, but the central/space heating is currently not working. Separate service - The system is also due a service, but this can be arranged for a separate date. The priority for this visit is to diagnose and resolve the current H20 pump error/heating failure.

I have had my portable Aircon for a very long time however it has been leaking when on colder modes of cooling from the frame. I have a pipe hooked up to release the water so confused why it still leaks. I'm hoping it is cheaper to have it fixed than buying a whole new system? Thank you.
