Need two light switches replaced. Have both new switches ready but an additional piece of earth wire might be needed which I don’t have so would need to be brought in. A quick look (not by a qualified electrician) suggests only one of the two switches is earthed - they are metal covers that are touching. The new covers are plastic. Will require a qualified electrician to look at it please.

Especially 3 lights are not working: two fluorescent tube lights and one bulb (kitchen, corridor and store room). The issue started after installation of a new washing machine, not sure if it is related or just coincidence. All kitchen appliances and sockets are working normally, and all other rooms are not affected. Fuse box is ON and not tripped.
