I smashed my MacBook Pro screen and haven’t been able to find anyone to do the replacement job. 2011 13inch model.

I need to transfer files (pictures and movies) from a MacBook Air to an external hard drive. Then I need to wipe the MacBook clean and reset it ready for the new owner as I am selling it. It’s about 100Gb of data that needs transferring to my external hard drive. Need it done asap and am flexible with the time. Only experienced IT people, no amateurs.

My laptop has a Prohibitory symbol when I restart and the recovery drive is locked when I try to reinstall software

Laptop will not charge, green light showed on charger, but does not charge nor turn on. Could be the charging port that needs changing, though cannot be sure.

I need some to fix my MacBook Air 2012/2013 model. 13inch screen a small amount of liquid spilled on the keyboard yesterday and now the laptop keeps turning off or rebooting every few minutes

They have tried to figure it out for days, however unable to, it says it is connected however when you go on safari it says unable to connect to the internet, everyone else laptop in there works, Macs etc. Need someone that knows how to connect to the network. They have username and password. Shouldn't take no longer then 30 minutes if you know what your doing. You have to have experience using MacBook Pro and connecting to different WIFI networks. It's very simple but I have no clue when it comes to Macs. You need to be available on Thursday early morning at Virgin Active Angel.
