I have a 7 years old pc with an aorus z390 pro motherboard, 32gb ddr4 ram, intel i9 9900k CPU and a Nvidia rtx 2080 super GPU. It had an old AIO cooling system which I replaced Monday, February 9th. Unfortunately after replacing the AIO system, I've lost access to the 2 ram slots next to the CPU. Now the pc only boots up with 2 sticks of ram but it won't work if I move them into the 2 slots next to the CPU. Need help figuring out what's causing this issue and solving it please

I have just taken over a small business, I would like to find someone tech savvy who can help me set my systems up properly. The biggest task is helping me setup my Apntly booking system via my shopify site for the therapists in my treatment room. There are other small bits like integrating a calendar through to the reception iPad without them accessing email etc. I understand most of the components but would just appreciate support from someone who is well rehearsed in this kind of area to ensure I am doing things in the most efficient way.
