Hi there, we require sometime to give our office [near Southwark tube station] an end of tenancy clean. It is a very small office, and hopefully should be empty. We will require a deep clean as we are leaving. The office is less than 300 sq ft. the space should be empty. There is a separate small kitchenette and a small toilet and sink.
